All our rooms come as a complete package. This includes ground screw foundation system, fully insulated treated timber structure, Rubber EPDM roof, uPVC facia's and Sofits, cladding of your choice, uPVC windows and doors, a professionally plastered and decorated interior, quality wood effect laminate flooring, Electric connection to your home, Consumer unit, Modern slim wall mounted panel heater, 4 electric sockets, six led flush fitted down lights and a hard wired internet connection as standard.

We are happy to change our standard specification to one that you chose and alter our price accordingly.
